Sub-processors

Rendered HQ LLC uses a small number of third-party service providers ("sub-processors") to process customer personal data on our behalf in order to host, transmit, and support the services we provide to customers. This page is the publicly accessible list designated by Rendered HQ LLC under our Cloud Service Agreement and Data Processing Agreement.

Conditional sub-processors
The following provider is not currently engaged but may be added under the change-notification process described below:
- Stripe, Inc. — payment processing, only if a customer opts in to credit-card billing (default billing for current customers is invoice or ACH).
Notice of changes
We will provide at least thirty (30) days' prior written notice to current customers before adding a new sub-processor that will process customer personal data. During that notice period, a customer may reasonably object to the new sub-processor; if we cannot resolve the objection, the customer may terminate the affected service without penalty within the notice period. Changes that do not affect customer personal data may be made without advance notice.
Onward transfers
All sub-processors listed above are bound by written contracts requiring data protection commitments substantially consistent with those Rendered HQ LLC has accepted in its own customer agreements.
